The Good Burrow website

You can browse this website without creating a Good Burrow account. Good Burrow does not add advertising trackers to the app catalog. The companies that host and protect the website may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.

The Anthora product page counts page views, download clicks and checkout clicks as daily totals. These counters do not store IP addresses, cookies, visitor identifiers, referrers or page URLs. They count actions, not unique people or purchases. The page skips these counts when your browser enables Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Hosting providers may still process the ordinary request information described above.

Purchases and downloads

Purchases are completed through the marketplace or checkout service linked on the product page. That provider processes payment, billing, tax, receipt, and order information under its own privacy policy. Good Burrow may receive the order details needed to deliver a download or license and verify the purchase. Good Burrow does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Donation Deposit Close requests and files

The pilot request form collects an organization name, work email, role, donor system, processor, approximate monthly gift and deposit counts, and confirmation of the stated pilot price. Good Burrow uses this information only to qualify and deliver the pilot and retains the request for no more than 180 days.

Before payment, Good Burrow asks for column headers and, only when needed, up to three fully redacted sample rows. If the pilot is declined, those sample rows are deleted within 30 days. Full exports are requested only after payment through a customer-specific private upload location. Do not send donor names, contact details, account or card numbers, addresses, credentials, personal free-text notes, or tokenized URLs.

Good Burrow deletes received source exports, working copies, and its delivered workbook copy within 30 days after delivery. The private delivery link remains available for 14 days. The customer may ask for earlier deletion, although deleting required files ends work that cannot continue without them. Minimum payment and business records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, dispute, and legal purposes. The payment provider keeps its own transaction records under its privacy policy. Good Burrow does not receive complete card numbers.

Information inside the apps

Good Burrow apps are designed to keep their working data on the device or in folders the user chooses. Archive readers process the exports opened by the user. Browser tools store their working data in the browser unless the user chooses an export or another feature that says otherwise. Anthora indexes selected media folders locally and does not upload the library to Good Burrow. Review each product page and its included documentation for product-specific details.

Photo books and printing

Anthora creates book PDFs locally. Choosing its optional PrestoPhoto link opens the printer’s website with a Good Burrow affiliate code. PrestoPhoto may use cookies and referral tracking under its own privacy policy, and Good Burrow may earn a commission. Anthora does not send your PDF, photos, book title, or library paths. You choose whether to upload a PDF or place an order on the printer’s website.

Problem reports

A problem report includes the app name, app version, operating-system version, the description entered by the user, and an optional reply email. Reports do not automatically attach files, archives, conversations, media, filenames, or other app content. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security information to limit automated abuse, and the email-delivery provider processes the submitted report so it can reach Good Burrow. Reports are retained only as long as reasonably needed to review the issue, maintain business records, or comply with law.

Choices

Do not submit a problem report if you do not want its contents sent to Good Burrow. Local app information can be removed using the app's deletion tools or by removing its local data, subject to the app's documentation. Purchase information and marketplace privacy requests should be managed through the marketplace shown on the receipt.
