Purchase and service terms

What these terms cover

These terms apply to Good Burrow apps, browser extensions, web tools, templates, downloadable files, and bounded service pilots. The product page, marketplace listing, written order summary, license included with the product, and receipt contain the details for a particular purchase. If those purchase-specific terms differ from this page, the purchase-specific terms control.

Donation Deposit Close pilot

The founding pilot is a read-only reconciliation service for one organization, one processor, one bank account, one calendar month, and no more than 500 gifts. Good Burrow confirms export compatibility before payment and supplies a written order summary identifying the customer, month, systems, deliverables, data-handling period, and correction terms. Payment confirms that fixed scope.

The pilot matches redacted gift and payout exports to net bank deposits and returns a workbook with control totals and unresolved exceptions. It does not include account access, QuickBooks changes, journal entries, accounting treatment, tax work, audit work, legal advice, calls, custom integrations, another month, or a guarantee that every difference can be resolved from the supplied files.

If the customer cancels before processing starts, or Good Burrow determines after payment that the agreed format cannot be completed, Good Burrow refunds the pilot price. One material calculation or transcription error reported within 14 days of delivery will be corrected or refunded if the agreed result cannot be provided. A disclosed unresolved exception or missing customer source data is not by itself a delivery error. Applicable nonwaivable rights remain unchanged.

Purchases

Prices are one-time unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Purchases are processed by the marketplace or seller of record linked from the product page. Its checkout terms govern payment processing, tax collection, receipts, charge handling, and the available order process. Keep the receipt because it identifies the correct place to manage the order or retrieve the download.

License

Unless a product includes a different written license, a purchase grants one buyer a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to install and use the product for that buyer's own purposes. The product may not be resold, redistributed, shared as a download, sublicensed, or presented as the buyer's own product. License controls may not be bypassed. Rights allowed by applicable law and open-source licenses are not restricted by this paragraph.

What is included

A purchase includes the version, files, and self-service instructions described on the product page at the time of purchase. Installation, data conversion, archive repair, customization, consulting, training, phone service, response times, and custom implementation are not included. Updates or future compatibility are included only when the product page or license expressly says they are.

Compatibility and user data

Check the listed operating system, browser, file format, hardware, and third-party requirements before purchasing. Third parties may change browsers, export formats, operating systems, or services. Good Burrow does not promise compatibility with unlisted systems or future third-party changes. Users are responsible for keeping backups of original files, exports, recovery keys, licenses, and other data.

Refunds

Downloaded software and digital files are normally final once access has been provided, except when the marketplace policy or applicable law requires otherwise. If a purchased file is missing, materially different from its listing, or cannot be delivered, use the order-help or refund process linked from the purchase receipt. Nothing on this page limits nonwaivable consumer rights. Service-pilot cancellation, correction, and refund terms are stated in the written order summary and in the Donation Deposit Close section above.

Free products

Free apps, free editions, demonstrations, and web tools may be changed or discontinued. A free product does not create an obligation to add features, maintain compatibility, provide storage, or continue its availability.

No performance promise

Products are provided as described on their product pages and, to the extent permitted by law, otherwise as is. Good Burrow does not promise uninterrupted operation, recovery of information absent from an export, perfect automated matching, business results, or suitability for a purpose that is not stated on the product page.

Third-party names and services

References to operating systems, browsers, social networks, export formats, and other services identify compatibility or source formats. They do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms.

Problem reports and order questions

The Good Burrow problem-report form may be used to describe a defect, but a reply, fix, update, or compatibility change is not guaranteed. Questions about payment, delivery, or refunds should use the help path supplied by the marketplace on the purchase receipt. Donation Deposit Close customers should reply to their order email or contact hello@goodburrow.com without attaching unrequested financial files.
